In situation of lockdown, for economic growth, we can plan for quarantine factory with all the team remain stay in factory only ( with /without family ) this will support them in all respect. Only thing is industry have to manage their stay and food. Also, plan for isolated material movement, so no outsider will get in their touch. This has been successfully done on some countries.
