जन्म, मृत्यु और विवाह का पंजीयन कराने हेतु नागरिकों का जागरूक होना आवश्यक है। आज के समय में किसी भी कानूनी कार्य के लिए इन पंजीयन दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता होती है, इसलिये सही समय पर जन्म, मत्यु औऱ विवाह का पंजीयन अवश्य करवायें।

समय पर पंजीयन करवाने से भविष्य में होने वाली परेशानियों से आप निजात पा सकते हैं। जन्म, मृत्यु् एवं विवाह का पंजीकरण सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक विकास के लिये काफी अहम है। पंजीकरण से प्राप्त सूचनाएं शासन के नीति निर्माण में सहायक होती हैं।

शिशु का जन्म, व्यक्ति की मृत्यु औऱ किसी व्यक्ति का विवाह संपूर्ण होने के बाद उसकी सूचना अपने क्षेत्र के रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय (ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ग्राम पंचायत एवं शहरी क्षेत्र में नगर पालिका /नगर परिषद/नगर निगम कार्यालय) को देकर जन्म, मृत्यु और विवाह होने का पंजीकरण करवा सकते हैं।

योजना, आर्थिक एवं सांख्यिकी विभाग जन्म/मृत्यु/विवाह का पंजीयन करवाने हेतु राज्य के नागरिकों से अपील करता है और इस विषय पर जागरूकता हेतु आपके सुझाव औऱ परामर्श आमंत्रित करता है।

Would like to highlight few point here -
1. All this certificate must be online.
2. Most important thing is that it must be available in Dual format (like Hindi and English aswell), since English is universally accepted language now a days, if you go for visa for other countries they will ask English format only, otherwise you need to get your certificate translated into English. So better to have the Dual format from the initial stage itself.
