Strict rules and regulation for people who dispose there waste in river or impure the river if possible then include fine also so they have a fear that if they impure the river tif they impure the river then they have to pay fine

The government should allow only one borewell per two kilometer area in residential areas, the second borewell should be done only when the supply of water from the first borewell is completely stopped or it is not able to supply water. There should be strict rules for the use and maintenance of borewell water.

जल संरक्षण के लिये सबसे जरूरी राज्य सरकारों को तालाबो,पोखरों ,झीलों, कुओं को अतिक्रमण मुक्त करने के लिये अभियान चलाना चाहिये।जो भूगर्भ जल के स्तर को बढ़ाने में मददगार साबित हो सकते है।लोगो को भी भूगर्भ जल का अति दोहन नही करना चाहिये।ड्रिपसिंचाई की ओर ध्यान देना चाहिये।

सरकार द्वारा रहवासी क्षेत्रो में प्रति दो किलो मीटर के एरिया में केवल एक बोरवेल को अनुमति दी जाना चाहिए दूसरा बोरवेल तभी हो जब पहले बोरवेल से पानी की सप्लाय पूर्ण रूप से बंद हो जाए या पानी की पूर्ति करने में सकसम ना हो | बोरवेल के पानी का इस्तमाल एवं रख रखाव के लिए सख्त नियम होने चाहिए |
