२)उनके पास वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस भी नहीं होता है।
३)ट्रैक्टर-ट्रालीयों पर रेडियम रिफ्लेक्टर होना चाहिए क्योंकि अधिकांश दुर्घटनाएँ रात में होती है।
४)ट्राली के पीछे एक बम्पर नीचे की ओर लगा होना चाहिए, जिससे मोटर साइकिल उसके नीचे न घुस पाए।
५)पांच लोगों से अधिक बैठे पाए जाए तो चालानी कार्यवाही की जाए।
६)ओवर स्पीड,शराब पी कर चलाते हुए पकड़े जाने पर कार्यवाही ।
