समृद्ध होने के लिए केवल पढ़ा लिखा होना ही पर्याप्त नहीं बल्कि विचारवान होना भी जरूरी है और उसके लिए सतत अध्ययनशील रहना चाहिए। सोशल मीडिया पर हर जानकारी तथ्यपूर्ण नहीं होती जबकि किताबों मे ज्ञान का भंडार भरा है। अतएव आपसे निवेदन है कृपया प्रदेश के प्रत्येक शहर में पुस्तकालय स्थापित करने का कष्ट करें। इस बार बजट में अधिकतम सार्वजनिक पुस्तकालय खोलने की घोषणा के साथ ही स्कूलों के लिए भी सजीव पुस्तकालय प्रारंभ करें, क्योंकि अभी स्कूलों में किताबें रखी रहती हैं पर बच्चों को पढने को मिलती नहीं।
