In case of finding a casualty first aid should be immediately rendered without losing time irrespective of the case and medical assistance may be sought by dialing helpline so that precious life can be saved before doctor arrives. It is our primary responsibilty to render helpless casualty lying and seeking help for immediate medical assistance can be a Sanjivani for a victim.
